New Year, New Toys…at least that’s Catchoom´s approach! So we’re working double time to be able to start the new year with a bang (and some goodies).

BARCELONA – May 16, 2013 – With award-winning image recognition technology that can recognize all kinds of shapes, including non-planar objects, Catchoom is bringing a new dimension to Augmented Reality at the Augmented World Expo (AWE), June 4-5 at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, Calif.

Catchoom returns to AWE after winning the Best Augmented Reality Startup competition in 2012. This year, the company will present the latest on the mobile-to-cloud continuum, share success stories from clients and talk about how to create value for end users of augmented reality apps.

In light of the global tragedies this week, we at Catchoom would like to offer our sincerest condolences to the people affected by the events in Boston, Iran and Iraq.

BARCELONA - Catchoom, the technology company that has developed one of the most advanced image recognition systems in the world, has just closed its first round of funding with Inveready First Capital, which enters as a minority shareholder. The round is above 600.000 € considering capital and soft loans from public government institutions.
